No, not a standing one: the resort's website does not publish any. Mangia's package website includes a shared shuttle from Catania Airport only inside flight and hotel packages. If you booked the hotel only, a private transfer leaves at the time of your flight and carries only your party.
Not in a practical way: no Interbus or Etna Trasporti bus stops at Brucoli, and Trenitalia sells no journey to Brucoli station. From the airport a rail-replacement bus runs to Augusta, 6.50 EUR, about 57 minutes (October 2026), and from Augusta to the resort there is still another stretch.
